At PaymentWorks, safeguarding your payee data is our top priority. Most payee profile submissions are processed automatically and made available to payers within seconds. However, in cases where a profiledid not pass our automated fraud checks for bank account ownership, we may decide to further review the profile details. If additional information or corrections are requested from the payee, the review process will restart once the requested information has been received. --- ### **Review Process Overview** For the subset of payee profiles requiring review, these are actioned in the order they are received and prioritized accordingly. While many reviews are completed quickly, some reviews may require additional time depending on the information provided, the complexity of the review, and the responsiveness of the payee. PaymentWorks’ Fraud Operations team may reach out to your payee as part of our review process.
