How Do I Change My Account Email Address?

If you need to update the email address associated with your PaymentWorks account, follow these simple steps:

 

Step 1: Log In to Your Account


Step 2: Access Your Account Settings

  • Click on your monogram icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
  • From the dropdown menu, select Manage Account.


Step 3: Edit Your Email Address

  • On the Account page, click the blue Edit button next to your current email address.
  • Enter your new email address in the provided field.

Step 4: Save Your Changes

  • Click the green Save button to confirm and finalize your email update.

Important Note

If you’re unable to access your account, you’ll need to submit a support ticket to have your email address updated. PaymentWorks may require you to complete an Identity Verification and Affidavit Form. This form must be notarized before PaymentWorks can process the change.
