May - June 2026 Release Notes

We're excited to share the latest updates designed to make vendor onboarding, profile management, and payment processing more efficient. These enhancements improve visibility, strengthen validation, and give administrators more control over key workflows.

New Permission for Mark All Processed

To improve administrative control, the Mark All Processed action now requires a dedicated permission.

What's changed

  • Users must have the Mark All Approved Requests as Processed permission enabled on at least one assigned role to view and use the Mark All Processed button.
  • Administrators can assign this permission through standard role management—no support request required.

Enhancements & ImprovementsFind changes faster with new filters

We've added new filters to help you quickly locate the requests you need:

  • Change Type and Change Status (filters function with an AND operation between these two filters)
  • Pending Bank Validation Approval Group

These additions make it easier to manage large volumes of profile changes and approvals.

Improved status visibility

The Pending status chip in Connected has been updated to make it easier to distinguish from other statuses at a glance.

Expanded international bank verification

International bank verification details are now available directly within:

  • Profile Data
  • Data Changes

for bank accounts associated with non-U.S. countries.

We've also updated bank validation messaging to provide additional clarity:

  • Added a tooltip explaining that international ownership verification is based on the account holder's name only and does not include Tax ID verification.
  • Validation results now display Ownership Match (Name only) for greater transparency.

More flexible purchase order delivery preferences

Vendors can now specify which purchase order (PO) delivery methods their business supports.

When a customer's preferred delivery method is supported, it will be used automatically. If it isn't supported, purchase orders will automatically be delivered to the vendor's designated email address.

More flexibility for U.S. sole proprietors

During Guided Onboarding, U.S. sole proprietors can now provide either:

  • Employer Identification Number (EIN), or
  • Social Security Number (SSN)

when entering tax information.

Profile approval warnings now available in Profile Manager

Profile Manager now displays validation warnings during approval of new profile submissions, helping reviewers identify potential issues before completing approvals.

Warnings include:

  • TIN name validation
  • SSN/EIN mismatch
  • Sanctions list check
  • Corporate address validation

This experience aligns with the existing Classic workflow.

Process completed location changes

After all required approvals are complete, users can now mark New Location and Edit Location data changes as Processed within Data Changes, making it easier to manage completed work.

Improved international banking support

We've enhanced banking information collection for additional countries:

  • Mexico: Vendors adding Mexican bank accounts now use CLABE as the required identifier for electronic payments.
  • Canada: Improved collection of routing and transit information for electronic payments.

Bug Fixes

We've resolved several issues to improve data accuracy and user experience.

Sole proprietor DBA name correction

Fixed an issue where removing a DBA name could incorrectly cause the legal name to display as the DBA.

Correct location information during routing

Fixed an issue where routing options for edited locations displayed the previously connected address instead of the updated address.
