What to Expect During Guided Onboarding - Coming Soon

Guided onboarding is a streamlined experience that helps you provide the necessary information to connect with your customers. The onboarding "flow" adjusts based on whether you're an individual or a business.


Step-by-Step Overview:

  1. Start Onboarding: After accepting your invitation, you'll begin the Guided Onboarding process.

  2. Answer Relevant Questions:

    • Sections are short and tailored to your business type (e.g. individual or business)

    • You’ll only be asked for the information that applies to you.

  3. Enter Key Information:

    • Identity details (business or individual)

    • Address(es)

    • Contact information

    • Any additional fields your customer requires

  4. Complete Onboarding:

    • Once submitted, your details are saved as your Payee Profile.

    • This profile can be reused for future connections with other customers.
