February 2026 Product Update

Profile Manager Enhancements & Fixes

February was heavily focused on making improvements to the Profile Manager. These updates are based directly on customer feedback to improve how profile changes and statuses are interpreted across the platform.

Below is everything new in February.

Enhancements

Clearer Data Change Comparisons

What changed:
Customers told us that the red and green colors used in Data Changes were confusing because those same colors indicate GOOD/BAD or VALID/INVALID elsewhere in the platform.

What’s new:
We’ve updated the color scheme to neutral indicators when comparing before/after values.

Why this matters:

  • Prevents users from assuming a value change is an error or approval indicator

  • Keeps review decisions focused on actual data differences instead of color cues

  • Creates consistent meaning for red/green indicators across the platform

Result: Faster, more confident profile reviews with less confusion.

Improved Profile Connection Statuses

What changed:
The previous “Up-to-Date” status was doing double duty and didn’t clearly show whether a vendor had submitted changes that still needed review.

What’s new:

Two new statuses now replace “Up-to-Date”:

  • Connected – The profile is connected and no changes are pending

  • Connected: Pending Changes – The profile is connected but a new submission requires review

These updates appear in:

  • Profile Manager table

  • Status filters

Why this matters:

For organizations managing large vendor populations (construction subcontractors, higher-ed suppliers, government contractors):

  • Quickly identify profiles requiring review

  • Reduce delays in vendor onboarding or compliance updates

  • Help prioritize approval workflows

Vendor Resubmission Visibility & Filtering

What’s new:
Profiles now show how many times a payee has resubmitted their Profile Submission.

You can also now filter profiles based on whether they have been resubmitted at least once.

Why this matters:

This helps teams quickly identify:

  • Vendors who may be struggling to complete requirements

  • Profiles that have gone through multiple correction cycles

Bug Fixes

Approval Buttons Appearing When Users Couldn’t Approve

Previously, Data Changes sometimes displayed approval actions (Approve/Reject) even when the user didn’t have the correct workflow state or permissions.

What could happen before:

  • Users clicked approve/reject

  • The UI appeared to accept the action

  • The backend rejected it with an error

What’s fixed:

  • Approval buttons now only appear when the user can actually approve the change

Result:

  • Prevents false approvals

Profile Detail Scrollbars Restored

Some Profile Detail views were missing scrollbars, preventing users from accessing full profile information.

Fix: Scrollbars have been restored to ensure all profile fields are accessible.

Unable-to-Validate Address Display Fix

Resolved an issue where “Unable to Validate Address” messages were not displaying correctly, ensuring users clearly understand when address validation requires review.

Foreign TIN Validation Display Corrected

An issue was causing TIN Validation to appear as “Pending” for foreign payees, even when the status should not have been displayed that way.

What’s fixed:

The TIN Validation display has been corrected for non-U.S. tax entities and now matches the behavior and status representation used in the Classic UI.

These improvements are part of our ongoing effort to make vendor onboarding, compliance management, and profile review workflows faster and clearer for organizations across construction, higher education, and government.

Thank you to our customers who provided feedback that helped shape these updates!
