Whether you’re logged into your account or forgot your password, follow these steps to reset it securely.
Resetting Your Password While Logged In

Access the Account Section:
- Log in to your PaymentWorks account.
- Click the “Account” link in the top-right corner of the website.

Navigate to Personal Information:
- Select the “Personal Information” tab from the left menu.

Initiate the Reset:
- Click the “Reset Password” button.
- Password reset instructions will be sent to the email address linked to your account.
Important Note: Clicking the Reset Password button will automatically log you out of your account.
Forgot Your Password?
If you can’t log in because you’ve forgotten your password:

Go to the Login Page:
- Visit the PaymentWorks Login Page.
- Click the “Forgot Password” link.

Submit Your Email Address:
- Enter your PaymentWorks account email address on the Forgot Password page.
- Click the “Send Instructions” button to receive the reset email.

Check Your Spam or Junk Folders:
- If you don’t see the password reset email in your inbox, check your spam, trash, or junk folders for an email from PaymentWorks.
Important Notes for Password Resets

Email Validation:
- Ensure your account email address is validated to receive the reset email.
- Failed Login Attempts:
- After 5 failed login attempts, your account will be locked for 15 minutes.
- Wait at least 15 minutes before attempting to reset your password again.
