Getting Started
To log in:
- Visit the PaymentWorks Login page.
- Enter the email address and password you used to create your account.
- Click Sign In to access your account.
Forgot your password? Click “Forgot Password” on the login page and follow the steps to securely reset it. After submitting your request, please check your spam or junk folder in case the password reset email is filtered there.
New to PaymentWorks?
If you haven't created an account yet, you’ll need to register first using an invitation sent by your customer. This link is unique to your organization and ensures your registration connects correctly to the organization requesting your information.
Can’t find your invitation email? Reach out directly to the organization that invited you, and they can resend it.
Common Login Issues
Can’t log in? Here are a few things to check:
- Make sure you're using the email address associated with your PaymentWorks account.
- Confirm that your caps lock is off when typing your password.
- Try resetting your password if you're unsure.
