Profile Details - Internal Notes

The Notes tab is your internal collaboration space within a profile. Use it to document activity, share context, and track changes. Notes are only visible to your organization and are never shared with payees.

How Notes Work

  • Add new notes directly from the Notes tab.

  • Notes from New Location and Edit Location data changes are automatically added here.

  • Notes appear in newest to oldest order for easy tracking.
