Profile Manager - Bugs & Updates

This article will be used to report on any known bugs and fixes. Check back weekly for the most up-to-date information.

Statuses & Definitions:

In Progress = currently being worked on

Upcoming = slated to be worked on in the next round of updates

Planned = slated to be worked on in the next 2-3 round of updates

Design in Progress = Committed, design is ongoing before implementation or planning

Under Review = evaluating or triaging 

Bug Reported:

  • Profile Data tab: Non-tokenized bank account and routing number missing (In Progress)
    • Fixed in Profile Data view, In progress on Data Changes
  • Profile Data tab: Bank validation file missing on (Upcoming)
  • Profile Data tab: Bank address displaying remittance address (Planned)
  • Profile Data tab: W-9 not displaying if it is PaymentWorks generated (Planned)
  • Profile Data tab: Ability to download (full NVR) submission as PDF missing (Under Review)
  • Profile Data tab: Foreign vendors (non-US) displaying TIN Pending (Under Review)

 

Enhancements:

  • Profile Data tab: Changes to the colors and icons for the statuses (Planned)
    • Rejected & Returned will be more easily distinguishable. 
  • Profiles table sorting (Planned)

Collected User Feedback Themes:

Suggestions and overarching themes from the collected user feedback. These are ideas that we are compiling and may be used in the future to improve or better the product.

  • Profiles List - Filters: Filters are not persisted on the Profile Manager list page (Planned)
  • Profiles List - Tags: see more / all tags on Profiles table (Design in Progress)
    • Incorporate Update tags in table (Design in Progress)
  • No ability to see vendor number / site code for additional sites (Planned: Locations tab)
    • Current plan is to display connected supplier profiles under a new Locations tab including vendor number, site code, address, available contact info from supplier profiles; future plan to swap this out with latest approved new location/edit location information (TBD)
  • Profile Data structure and organization (Ongoing feedback collection)
    • Aggregation of data under profiles adding potential inconvenience in review flows
  • Inability to see Profiles with Data Changes that are not Pending (Under Review)
  • Inability to filter specifically on Connected Profiles to get a full listing (Under Review)
