Match Review Decisions
Match review decisions help you identify whether a matched entity is relevant to your payee. All decisions are logged, and the most recent reviewer is displayed next to the decision.
How to Perform a Single Review Decision
- Review entity profile details and compare them to your payee.
- In the Decision column, click the dropdown and select your decision.
How to Perform Multiple Review Decisions
- Review one or more entity profile details.
- Use the checkboxes on the left to select the profiles you want to review. You may select all using the checkbox in the top left.
- A blue action panel will appear above the table.
- Click the Select decision dropdown and choose your decision.
- Click Update.
Note: New review decisions overwrite prior ones. Although all decisions are audited, only the latest decision is displayed in the UI.
Impact of False Positive Decisions on Alerting
When an entity profile is marked as a false positive, it will no longer generate monitoring alerts. This helps reduce noise from profiles you have decided are not truly matching your payee.
Entity Profiles that are unreviewed, in review, or marked as true positive will continue to generate monitoring alerts for changes made to those profiles (e.g., added or removed from a list).
The connected payee will continue to be monitored, and any matching entity profile updates will continue to generate new alerts.
