When you log into your PaymentWorks account, you may notice a banner message at the top of the screen. These in-app messages are designed to provide important updates, announcements, or alerts directly to Payers and Payees.
What Are Banner Messages?
Banner messages appear at the top of your screen immediately upon logging in. They serve as a quick and effective way for the PaymentWorks team to share key information.
- Visibility: Messages will remain displayed until you dismiss them by clicking the “X” on the far-right corner of the banner.
- Persistence: Once dismissed, a banner message will not reappear during your current session or in future logins.
