Using the Resource Hub in PaymentWorks

Summary

The Resource Hub brings helpful links, Knowledge Base search, and PaymentWorks news directly into the platform—making it easier than ever to find what you need, right when you need it.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Log in to PaymentWorks.

  2. Click the Resource Hub icon located in the lower right corner of your screen.

  3. Choose from the following tabs:

    • Home – Access quick links to Support, Training Videos, the Quick Start Guide, and more.

    • Help – Search the entire PaymentWorks Knowledge Base without leaving your current screen.

    • News – Stay updated on the latest from PaymentWorks, including feature releases, product updates, and important announcements.

Important Notes

  • The Help tab lets you read Knowledge Base articles directly in the app—no need to open a new window.

  • We’ll publish monthly release notes in the News section so you’re always up to date.

  • The Resource Hub is available on all major screens in PaymentWorks for quick access any time.
