The Suppliers tab in PaymentWorks allows you to view, sort, and search supplier records uploaded into the system. This feature also provides insights into connection statuses of your suppliers, enabling efficient management of vendor relationships.
How to View Suppliers in the System

Access the Suppliers Tab:
- Navigate to Set Up and Manage Supplier Portal > Suppliers.

Sorting Records:
- Sort records by clicking on any column heading (e.g., Supplier Name, Vendor Code, Site Code, Address Info, Contact Email, or Connected Status).

Search for Specific Suppliers:
- Use the search fields on the left to filter results by column information.
- Combine multiple search parameters to refine your results further.

Reset Search Criteria:
- Click the Clear button to remove all filters and display the full list of suppliers.
Understanding Supplier Connection Statuses
The Connection column provides a quick view of each supplier's connection status using colored dots:
- Yellow Dot: The supplier has an Individual Account.
- Green Dot: The supplier has a Corporate Account, granting them access to:
- Send messages.
- View remittances.
- Update banking details.
- Accept early payment requests.
By utilizing the features of the Suppliers tab, you can efficiently manage and monitor supplier records to maintain seamless vendor operations.
