We’ve Moved! Updating References to the PaymentWorks Knowledge Base

We’re thrilled to announce that the PaymentWorks Knowledge Base has migrated to a new platform at help.paymentworks.com/knowledge-base! This migration brings improved navigation, updated content, and a seamless support experience to better serve you.

What’s changing

By Wednesday, Jan. 15, 2025, all links to the current Knowledge Base on community.paymentworks.com will be retired. While redirects will be in place by the end of 2024 to guide users to the new platform, we encourage you to update your internal materials as soon as possible to avoid disruption.

To assist with this process, we’ve created an Old-to-New Knowledge Base Link Directory that provides:

  • Direct links to each article on the new platform.
  • Corresponding titles to help you update your training materials, bookmarks, and documentation effortlessly.

How to update your references

  1. Access the link directory: Use our Old-to-New Knowledge Base Link Directory to locate updated URLs for all articles.
  2. Review and update materials: Update references in your internal guides, bookmarks, and external-facing documents with the new links.
  3. Inform your team(s): Share this information with relevant stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition.
