Which U.S. Payment Methods Do Not Require Bank Information? - Coming Soon
Some U.S. payment methods do not require bank account details. When these methods are selected, payees provide contact information instead so the payer can complete payment setup outside of PaymentWorks.
When This Applies
This occurs when the payee:

Selects United States as the Bank Location.

Chooses a payment method that does not require direct bank deposit information.

Information the Payee Must Provide
Instead of bank account details, the payee will be asked to enter:

Contact Email Address
What Happens Next
After the Payee Profile is submitted:

The payer reviews the submitted information.

The payer contacts the payee using the provided contact details.

Payment setup instructions are completed outside of PaymentWorks according to the selected payment method.

These payment methods do not require bank routing or account numbers in the Payee Profile.

Payment enrollment or setup occurs outside of PaymentWorks through the payer’s chosen payment provider.
