Dynamic Payment Method: Introduction
We are excited to introduce the Self-Service Payment Information and Registration Form Component in PaymentWorks, also known as Dynamic Payment Method (DPM). This feature is designed to give users enhanced control over configuring payment methods and terms while ensuring consistency and efficiency in the vendor registration process. With DPM, users can configure preferences, display conditions, and descriptions, creating a streamlined and user-friendly registration experience.

Transition to Prepare for Payee Profile
Payment Methods / Dynamic Payment Methods (DPM) –To ensure a consistent onboarding experience across all payers, Dynamic Payment Methods (DPM) will become the standard for configuring and displaying payment options to payees.
-
DPM replaces custom field–based setups with a central configuration table, allowing payers to define their available payment methods, terms, and preferred options. During onboarding, payees will see these choices as selectable cards or tiles, with the payer’s recommended method clearly labeled and preselected by default.
-
All payers will be required to create their DPM configuration in both sandbox and production environments by Feb 2, 2026 For most, existing payment data will be automatically mapped with no integration changes needed.
PaymentWorks will work directly with a small number of payers who have more complex payment configurations to ensure a smooth transition.
This standardization improves consistency, simplifies setup and maintenance, and enhances data quality across the PaymentWorks network.
