# How to Add or Update Your Company Logo

## You can easily add or update your company's logo in PaymentWorks by following the steps below.

### Steps to Add or Update Your Company Logo

1. **Log In to Your PaymentWorks Account**  
   Ensure you are logged in with an account that has administrative privileges.
2. **Navigate to the Account Management Section**
   
     - Click on your profile icon or the drop-down menu at the top of the page.
     - Select **Account Management** from the menu options.

3. **Access Company Information**
   
     - In the **Account Management** view, click on **Company Information** in the left-hand menu.
     - Scroll down to the **Company Logo** section.
4. **Upload or Update Your Logo**
   
     - Click **Browse** to locate the saved logo file on your computer.
     - Select a logo image that is formatted in a 4:3 ratio. Squares and rectangles work best for optimal display.

5. **Confirm Upload Success**
   
     - Once uploaded, you will see the message **"File Uploaded Successfully!"**
     - Your updated logo image will display in the **Company Logo** section.

### Tips for a Smooth Upload Process

- Ensure the logo file is a clear image in a supported format (e.g., .png, .jpg, or .jpeg).
- Maintain a clean, professional design for your logo to represent your organization effectively.
