Follow the steps below to ensure your tax information is properly added to your profile. #### **Step 1: Obtain the Correct Tax Form** Before uploading, you’ll need the appropriate tax form completed and ready. Complete the form according to the IRS instructions and save it as a file on your device. --- #### **Step 2: Log In to Your PaymentWorks Account** 1. Visit the[PaymentWorks login page](https://www.paymentworks.com/accounts/login/). 2. Log in using your credentials. --- #### **Step 3: Navigate to the Tax Forms Section** 1. Click on the **My Payee Profile** in the side navigation menu on the left. 2. In the menu, locate the **Tax Forms** box. 3. Select Edit or View Details. --- #### **Step 4: Upload Your W-8/W-9 File** 1. Click the **Upload W-9 or W-8BEN** button. 2. Select the file you want to upload. 3. Click **Save** to finalize.
