How to Add W-8/W-9 Tax Forms to Your PaymentWorks Account

Uploading your W-8 or W-9 tax forms to your PaymentWorks account is a simple process. Follow the steps below to ensure your tax information is properly added to your profile.

Step 1: Obtain the Correct Tax Form

Before uploading, you’ll need the appropriate tax form completed and ready. If you don’t have a form yet, you can download it and review the instructions using the links below:

Note: PaymentWorks is unable to provide feedback on which tax form you should complete. We are not experts in tax classifications or how your business is registered with state or local governments. For assistance, please consult your tax advisor or refer to the IRS instructions linked above.

Complete the form according to the IRS instructions and save it as a file on your device.


Step 2: Log In to Your PaymentWorks Account


Step 3: Navigate to the Tax Forms Section

  1. Click on the Company Profile link in the top-right corner of the screen.
  2. In the left-hand menu, select the Tax Forms tab.

Step 4: Upload Your W-8/W-9 File

  1. Click the Browse button.
  2. Select the completed W-8/W-9 file from your device.
  3. Confirm the upload by clicking the appropriate button (e.g., Save or Submit).

Your tax form is now successfully uploaded to your PaymentWorks profile!
