Follow the steps below to connect with us. #### Creating a Support Ticket To contact PaymentWorks Support, you’ll need to create a support ticket. This ensures your inquiry is routed to the right team for a prompt response. 1. **Visit**: [help.paymentworks.com/contactsupport](https://help.paymentworks.com/contactsupport?hsLang=en). 2. **Complete the Form**: Fill out the required fields with as much detail as possible to describe your issue or question.  Visit [Support Ticket Creation Best Practices](https://help.paymentworks.com/knowledge-base/support-ticket-creation-best-practices?hsLang=en) for more details. 3. **Submit Your Ticket**: Once submitted, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your ticket number for reference. **Important Note**: Replies to your support ticket must be sent directly within the ticket thread to ensure your response is logged. Emails sent to ***support-1@paymentworks.com/hs-inbox.com*** are not monitored and cannot be used for inbound communication. --- #### Hours of Operation Our Support Team operates from **8:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday**, excluding major holidays. Tickets submitted outside of these hours will be addressed on the next available business day. --- #### Service Level Expectation Our goal is to respond to all inquiries within **one business day**.
