How to Contact PaymentWorks Support

If you need assistance with PaymentWorks, our Support Team is here to help. Follow the steps below to connect with us.

Creating a Support Ticket

To contact PaymentWorks Support, you’ll need to create a support ticket. This ensures your inquiry is routed to the right team for a prompt response.

  1. Visithelp.paymentworks.com/contactsupport.
  2. Complete the Form: Fill out the required fields with as much detail as possible to describe your issue or question.  Visit Support Ticket Creation Best Practices for more details.
  3. Submit Your Ticket: Once submitted, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your ticket number for reference.

Important Note: Replies to your support ticket must be sent directly within the ticket thread to ensure your response is logged. Emails sent to support-1@paymentworks.com/hs-inbox.com are not monitored and cannot be used for inbound communication.


Hours of Operation

Our Support Team operates from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Tickets submitted outside of these hours will be addressed on the next available business day.


Service Level Expectation

Our goal is to respond to all inquiries within 12 business hours. We strive to resolve your issue as quickly as possible while maintaining quality support.
