When will my list be added?
The PaymentWorks Product team will evaluate your list request and work with PaymentWorks' third-party provider to review whether the list will be added based on these conditions:
- The list is readily available for consumption and integration
- Although many sanctions and watchlists are made available to the public, some jurisdictions and publishing authorities have strict usage guidelines and requirements prohibiting programmatic use of their data.
- The list meets PaymentWorks' third-party provider’s standards and fit within their taxonomy for sanctions and watchlists.
- Some public list sources may contain unclear orders or rules in their final decisions/outcomes, creating uncertainty and inconsistencies in the data.
If these conditions are met, they are more likely to be added, but the final decision rests with the third-party provider.
