Log in to your PaymentWorks account at [PaymentWorks Login](https://www.paymentworks.com/df/accounts/login/). 2. Click on the **Monogram** in the top-right corner of the screen. 3. Click on **Personal Settings.** 4. Select the **Edit** button next to your current MFA phone number towards the bottom of the screen. 5. Enter your new phone number and select your preferred verification method (**text** or **voice call**). 6. Click **Submit** to save your changes. --- #### **NO:** If you no longer have access to the phone number associated with your MFA, you’ll need to contact PaymentWorks Support. 1. File a support ticket by visiting our [Help Center](https://help.paymentworks.com/contactsupport?hsLang=en). 2. Include the following information in your ticket: - The email address associated with your PaymentWorks account. - The phone number currently registered for MFA (if available). 3.
