# I’m Not Receiving My Password Reset Email

## If you’re not receiving your password reset email after attempting to reset your PaymentWorks password, follow these troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue:

#### **1. Check Your Spam or Trash Folders**

- Password reset emails can sometimes be flagged as spam or junk by email filters.
- Search your spam, trash, or junk folders for emails from **PaymentWorks**.

#### **2. Verify the Email Address Entered**

- Ensure that you typed your email address correctly on the **Password Reset** page.
- Our system does not alert you if the email address is entered incorrectly.

#### **3. Confirm the Correct Email Address**

- Many users have multiple email accounts, and it’s easy to forget which one was used to register.
- Check other email accounts you may have used to create your PaymentWorks account.
- The password reset email may have been sent to the email address linked to your account.

#### **4. Contact PaymentWorks Support**

If you’ve verified all the above and still cannot locate the reset email:
