Payee Onboarding Process

About your email to onboard as a payee

Hello and welcome to PaymentWorks! Keep in mind, if you’re already a payee in our system, you can use your existing PaymentWorks account to connect with new customers. 


If you’re a new payee, you’ll need to complete a registration form so you can connect with your customer. This form is available by invitation only, so look for an email from your customer inviting you to register. The email contains a link to the specific registration for your company. When you click on the link, you’ll be directed to create a PaymentWorks account and complete your registration form. Once you’ve completed your form, you’ll submit it to your customer.
