      Payer Getting Started with PaymentWorks: Quick Reference Guide

      Welcome to PaymentWorks! This guide provides a high-level overview to help you get started with your PaymentWorks environment, including login instructions, key resources, and an overview of essential features.

      Getting Access to PaymentWorks

      Your organization’s PaymentWorks environment uses Single Sign-On (SSO) for secure access. To log in, use your SSO credentials. Upon first login, you will have base role access. Work with your organization’s Administrator to assign the appropriate roles and permissions.

      For additional help, visit the PaymentWorks Help Center within the platform by clicking the Help link in the top-right corner of the PaymentWorks UI. The Help Center provides access to:

      • The Knowledge Base with dozens of articles and videos.
      • The option to contact Support for further assistance.
