During our bank account verification process, PaymentWorks sometimes needs to confirm bank account information by phone. A phone call is considered secure because it provides a direct line of communication between you and PaymentWorks, allowing for real-time sharing and verification of your information.
If you received a call from the PaymentWorks team, we assure you it’s us. If you didn’t speak to someone from our team but we left a message with instructions for you, please follow the instructions left in the message and call us back so we can verify your bank account details. This will allow your customer to process a payment for you.
If you deleted the message from us, please contact PaymentWorks Support and ask them to have someone from the PaymentWorks team reach out to you again to verify your bank account details.
