If you're having trouble accessing your PaymentWorks account, follow the appropriate steps below based on your situation.
I Forgot My Password
If you can still access the email address associated with your PaymentWorks account:
- Navigate to the Password Reset Page.
- Enter the email address linked to your account.
- Follow the instructions sent to your email to reset your password.
Important Notes
To successfully log in after resetting your password, you'll need:
- Access to the email address associated with the account.
- The password for the account.
- Access to the phone number on file for completing multi-factor authentication (MFA).
The Account Owner is No Longer with the Company
For Vendors
If the employee who registered for the PaymentWorks account is no longer with your organization:

Check with your IT department to determine if you can gain access to the previous employee’s email inbox.

Once you have access to their email account:
- Reset the password at the Password Reset Page.
- Log in and update the user account details as needed.

If you cannot access the email account:
- Contact PaymentWorks Support for assistance.
- PaymentWorks will guide you through the steps to either gain access to the account or create a new one.
I Cannot Gain Access to the Email Account Associated with My PaymentWorks Account
If you're unable to access the email inbox tied to your PaymentWorks account:
- Reach out to PaymentWorks Support.
- Provide the email address associated with the account.
- Be ready to confirm account details and complete a verification process to regain access.
- You may need additional information, such as details about the account or your customer relationship, for verification purposes.
Adding a New User After Access is Recovered
Once you’ve logged in to the account, follow these steps to add yourself or others as a user:
- Click your account icon in the top-right corner.
- Select Manage Other Users.
- Click Add User and provide the necessary details for the new user.
