Registration Comments in PaymentWorks

The Registration Comments feature allows payer users to add text comments to New Vendor Requests (NVRs). These comments can be viewed by other authorized payer users, making it easier to collaborate and track notes related to vendor onboarding.

Viewing Registration Comments

Comments are visible in the NVR Details view at the bottom of the screen. To view comments:

  1. Log in to PaymentWorks and navigate to the Vendor Master Updates section.
  2. Select the New Vendors tab.
  3. Click on the desired NVR to open the details view.
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the NVR details page, where comments are displayed below the Reject, Approve, and Return to Vendor buttons.

Adding Registration Comments

The following payer users can add comments to NVRs:

  • Initiators who sent the invitation and have permission to view NVRs.
  • Invitation Approvers.
  • NVR Approvers.

Steps to Add a Comment:

  1. Open the NVR Details view by clicking on an NVR in the list view.
  2. Scroll to the bottom and click the Add Comment button.
  3. Enter your text in the pop-up field (up to 2,000 characters).
  4. Click Save to add the comment.

Changing Comments

  • Users can add new comments to an NVR.
  • Existing comments cannot be edited or deleted. This ensures a clear record of communication.

  • Foster better collaboration among payer users.
  • Track important notes or clarifications directly within the NVR.
  • Provide a transparent and centralized space for communication.
