If you’re trying to log in to your PaymentWorks account and see the error message "Sorry, that is not a valid username and/or password," here are some common reasons and solutions to help you get back on track!
1. Use the Right Device and Browser
- For the best experience, always log in using a desktop or laptop computer. Mobile devices may not work properly across the platform.
- We recommend using Chrome or Firefox as your internet browser. These browsers are fully supported and help avoid errors that may occur with others.
2. Check Your Password
- If you suspect you’re entering the wrong password, click the Reset Password link to create a new one. Enter the email address associated with your PaymentWorks account.
- Reset Password Link: Reset Password
- Didn’t receive the reset password email?
- Ensure you’re using the correct email address registered to your account.
- Your account may not yet be activated. In this case, contact PaymentWorks Support to have your activation email resent.
3. Confirm Your Username
- Make sure you’re entering your email address as your username.
- If something other than your email address appears in the Username field, delete it and manually type your email address and password.
