If you’re unable to log in to your PaymentWorks account, there can be various reasons why you’re experiencing difficulty. 

Here are some possible causes and suggested actions you can take to gain access to your account:

  • Browser compatibility: Make sure you’re using a desktop/laptop and not a mobile device. 
    • For the best experience, we recommend using an up-to-date version of Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. 
  • Your username: For PaymentWorks, your username will always be the email address you used to set up your account.
  • Forgot password: Use this link to reset your password. 
  • If you are not receiving the password reset email from the above link, this could mean: 
    • The email address you’re using does not match the email address associated with your PaymentWorks account.
      • Is there another email address you may have used to set up your account? If you’ve tried other possible email addresses and still need help, please contact PaymentWorks Support.
    • Your PaymentWorks account was never activated after it was created. 
      • If you believe you didn’t activate your PaymentWorks account, please contact PaymentWorks Support. We can resend the account activation email to you.
