To ensure you receive support ticket confirmation emails and correspondence from PaymentWorks, it’s important to whitelist our support email address and manage your email preferences if you’ve opted out of communication.
Whitelisting PaymentWorks Support Email Addresses
Add support-1@paymentworks.com (also referenced as support-1@paymentworks.com/hs-inbox) to your email provider’s whitelist to prevent these emails from being flagged as spam or junk. Follow these instructions for common email platforms:
Gmail
- Log in to your Gmail account.
- Click the gear icon in the top-right corner and select See All Settings.
- Navigate to the Filters and Blocked Addresses tab.
- Click Create a New Filter.
- In the From field, type: support-1@paymentworks.com.
- Click Create Filter and select Never send it to Spam.
- Click Create Filter again to save.
Outlook (Web or Desktop)
- Access Settings > Mail > Junk Email.
- Under Safe Senders and Domains, add support-1@paymentworks.com.
- Save your changes.
Yahoo Mail
- Log in and go to Settings > More Settings > Filters.
- Click Add New Filter.
- Enter a name (e.g., "PaymentWorks Support") and type support-1@paymentworks.com in the From field.
- Set the destination folder to Inbox and click Save.
Microsoft Exchange/Office 365 (Admin Configuration)
- Go to the Exchange Admin Center (EAC) and navigate to Mail Flow > Rules.
- Create a rule to allow emails from support-1@paymentworks.com.
- Configure the rule to bypass spam filtering and save the settings.
Opting Back into Emails from PaymentWorks
If you’ve previously opted out of receiving emails from PaymentWorks via HubSpot, follow these steps to opt back in:
- Locate an Old PaymentWorks Email (Optional):
- If you still have a previous email from PaymentWorks, scroll to the bottom and look for an "Unsubscribe" or "Manage Preferences" link.
- Use the Resubscribe Link:
- Click the Manage Preferences link and update your settings to resubscribe to PaymentWorks emails.
- Contact PaymentWorks Support:
- If you cannot find a previous email or are unsure of your opt-out status, contact Customer Support by submitting a ticket through the PaymentWorks Support Portal.
- Include your email address and request to opt back into communications.
- Check Your Inbox:
- Once your email preferences are updated, you should start receiving PaymentWorks emails, including support ticket confirmations and correspondence.
