      Activation Email: What It Is and What to Do If You Don’t Receive It

      When you create a PaymentWorks account, you’ll receive an Account Activation email. This email contains a link that you must click to activate your account and get started.

      What to Expect

      • Email Subject: The activation email will have the subject line: "PaymentWorks Account Registration."
      • Email From: The activation email would be sent to you from do-not-reply@paymentworks.com
      • Email Content: It includes a unique link to activate your account. This link is valid for 72 hours, so be sure to act quickly.

      Haven’t Received Your Activation Email?

      If you can’t find the activation email in your inbox, try these steps:

      1. Check Your Spam/Junk Folders

        • Sometimes, the email may be filtered into spam or junk folders. Be sure to look there first.

      2. Search for the Email

        • Use your email’s search function to look for the subject line "PaymentWorks Account Registration" to locate the email.

      3. Contact Your IT Department

        • Ensure that emails from the @paymentworks.com domain are not being blocked by firewalls or email filters. Ask your IT team to whitelist this domain.

      4. Resend the Activation Email

        • Log in to PaymentWorks using the credentials you created during signup.
        • On the screen, you’ll see an option to Resend Activation Email. Click the button to trigger a new activation email.

      Here’s how to login and resend the Activation Email:

      1. Log in to PaymentWorks
        Go to the PaymentWorks login page and sign in using the credentials you created when you signed up.
      2. Click "Resend Activation Email"
        Once you log in, you’ll see a prompt with the option to resend your activation email. Simply click the Resend Activation Email button.

      1. Check Your Inbox
        Look for the activation email in your inbox. (Tip: If you don’t see it right away, check your spam or junk folders—it might have been filtered there.)
      2. Activate Your Account
        Follow the instructions in the email to activate your PaymentWorks account and get started!
