How to Access the PaymentWorks Status Page

  1. Visit the Status Page:
    Access the PaymentWorks Platform Status page at status.paymentworks.com.

  2. Subscribe for Notifications:

    • On the Status Page, click the "Subscribe to Updates" button.
    • Enter your email address to receive real-time updates about incidents or scheduled maintenance.

    Note: Subscribing ensures you are informed about critical updates affecting platform availability.


Understanding the Status Page

The Status Page provides detailed information about the platform's operational state. Here's what you’ll find:

  1. Current Platform Status:

    • A banner at the top of the page shows the platform's overall health (e.g., Operational, Partial Outage, or Major Outage).
  2. Incident and Maintenance Updates:

    • Incident History: A timeline of past incidents and their resolution statuses.
    • Planned Maintenance: Scheduled updates to enhance the platform, with start and end times displayed.
  3. Components Overview:

    • A breakdown of system components (e.g., API, Login, or Registration features) and their individual statuses.
  4. Time Zones:

    • All updates are timestamped in your local time zone for clarity.

What to Do in Case of an Issue

If the Status Page indicates a platform incident:

  • Check for Updates:
    The Status Page will be updated regularly with progress reports and resolution timelines.

  • Contact Support if Necessary:
