Troubleshooting File Upload Issues on PaymentWorks

If you’re experiencing difficulties uploading files to the PaymentWorks platform, try the following steps to resolve the issue:

1. Use a Compatible Device

  • Ensure you are using a desktop or laptop computer. PaymentWorks is not yet fully optimized for mobile devices or tablets.

2. Re-save Your Files

  • Locate the original file and save it to your desktop under a different name. This can resolve potential file corruption issues. Be sure to select the newly saved file during the upload process.

3. Use a Supported Browser

  • PaymentWorks works best on the latest versions of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Safari. Avoid unsupported browsers for optimal performance.
  • For more information, check out the Browser Compatibility Guide.

4. Restart Your Browser

  • Close and reopen your browser to clear any temporary glitches that may impact the file upload process.

5. Try an Alternative Browser

  • If restarting doesn’t work, attempt the upload using a different supported browser.

6. Use Incognito Mode

  • Open an incognito or private browsing window, which disables browser extensions and cached data that may interfere with the upload.
  • Search online for instructions on opening an incognito window specific to your browser (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, or Safari).

7. Test on Another Computer

  • If the issue persists, log in to PaymentWorks from another computer and try uploading the file there.

By following these steps, you should be able to resolve most file upload issues. If the problem continues, please contact PaymentWorks Support for further assistance.
