PaymentWorks does not process or disburse payments and does not track the status of payments made via ACH, virtual card, check, or wire transfer. Instead, PaymentWorks facilitates secure connections between vendors (you) and your customers, enabling independent payment processes.
For questions about your payment or its status, follow these steps:
- Send Payment Inquiry:
- If your customer leverages invoicing with PaymentWorks, navigate to the invoicing tab and send a message inquiring about your pending invoice/payment. Visit
