How to Update Your Vendor Information in the Company Profile

The Company Profile section in PaymentWorks allows you to update your vendor information, such as business details, tax forms, remittance addresses, and banking information. Once an update is made, your customer will need to review and approve the changes before they take effect. Please allow a few business days for the approval process.


Steps to Update Your Vendor Information

  1. Log in to Your PaymentWorks Account
    Navigate to PaymentWorks Login and access your account.

  2. Access the Company Profile Section
    Click on your Monogram Icon in the top-right corner and select Company Profile from the dropdown menu.

  3. Make Updates
    Depending on the information you need to change, navigate to the appropriate section (e.g., Remittance Address, Banking Information, etc.), edit the details, and save.

  4. Submit Updates for Approval
    Once submitted, your customer will review the changes. You’ll be notified of the outcome once the review is complete.
